1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the aed365 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at aed365.pro.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds (real money and bonus funds) held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by aed365 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" refers to any bet placed on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports events through the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to process withdrawals.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the aed365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. aed365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 Account Security

Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be treated as your own actions, regardless of whether you authorised those actions. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

aed365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional bank transfer options may be available subject to account verification status. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.

3.2 Own Funds and Own Payment Methods

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

3.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your aed365 Account balance instantly in most cases, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. aed365 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking procedures, or technical interruptions outside our direct control.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

aed365 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, aed365 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rules. The specific terms for each individual promotion are published alongside that promotion and form part of these overall Terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

aed365 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically to clear bonus wagering requirements, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. aed365 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the relevant accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

5.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, betting markets, and live casino tables on aed365 may vary from time to time due to provider maintenance, licensing considerations, or technical updates. aed365 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market. No compensation is payable for the temporary unavailability of any game or service.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market on the Platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to each wager being placed. aed365 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without notice, including placing individual account-level limits where warranted by responsible gaming considerations.

5.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, aed365 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the relevant Account. Malfunctions void all pays. aed365 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aed365 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Account Suspension and Closure

aed365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at our sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any required review period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aed365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. aed365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by aed365's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aed365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of aed365, you agree to first contact our support team at support@aed365.pro to seek an informal resolution. aed365 aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aed365 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
